Applicant will submit herewith the sum of $20 which is a non-refundable payment for a credit check and processing charge of this application. Such sum is not a rental payment or a security deposit. By sending this application, applicant hereby certifies that this information is true and correct, and authorizes Keith Hall Properties, Inc. to make inquiries including a credit check to verify the statements above. Applicant also authorizes Keith Hall Properties, Inc. to contact any references listed herein including landlords and previous landlords and hereby authorizes such references to release information they may have to Keith Hall Properties, Inc. Applicant hereby waives all right of action for any consequence resulting from such information. This application is preliminary only and does not obligate Keith Hall Properties, Inc. to enter into any contract or leases with applicant. Applicant agrees that Keith Hall Properties, Inc. has the option of rejecting or nullifying this application and that upon such rejection or nullification Keith Hall Properties, Inc. and applicant shall be released from all further obligations or liabilities to each other.
